In the Director role, Troy manages client engagements from initial scoping through final analysis and presentation. He has spent 15 years in consulting, initially with The Boston Consulting Group and later with boutique strategy consultancies. Troy holds a BA in German and Business Administration from Wartburg College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
What's your favorite part of your job?
“My favorite part of the job is learning: learning about business types, new companies, gaining a new perspective on an industry, etc. We get the opportunity to learn about such a wide range of businesses in a given year, and it's exciting to dig in.”
