In the Associate role, Pablo contributes across a wide range of project functions. Among other responsibilities, we rely on Pablo to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients. Pablo graduated from Universidad Pontificia Comillas with degrees in Business Administration and International Relations. Pablo also completed exchange programs in Business Administration at McGill University and the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
What's your favorite part of your job?
“What I find most rewarding about working at Sterling is the importance and magnitude of the work that we do. The whole process that is necessary to get to the final debrief with our clients takes time, dedication and effort. Communication with your team is necessary, you have to source thousands of contacts and analyze all the raw data to condense it into slides. Throughout the process, you have to take ownership over your part of the project. Knowing that my work will have an impact on the decisions made by our client, along with the implications that this has for the broader economy, makes working at Sterling rewarding and keeps me motivated and always looking for more. ”
