As a Senior Associate, Matt contributes across a wide range of project functions. We rely on Matt to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients—in addition to taking ownership of specific portions of a given engagement. Matt graduated from Tufts University, where he studied Economics, Finance, and English & American Literature.
What do you like most about working for Sterling?
“I'm very appreciative of the friendly, welcoming enviroment at Sterling. Before I started at Sterling, I had never even been to Cleveland, and I was nervous about the move. But my colleagues went out of their way to help me find an apartment, integrate me into the work environment, and hang out with me outside of work. They quickly made Cleveland and Sterling feel like home.”
