In the Associate role, Jose contributes across a wide range of project functions. Among other responsibilities, we rely on Jose to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients. Jose graduated from Yale, where he studied Economics + Political Science.
What drives / motivates you?
“More than anything, I draw motivation from being able to find value in a goal and then seeing how my work contributes to that. At every step of the way, I'm constantly asking myself why I'm doing something and how it contributes to the bigger picture. This motivates me for many reasons, but my most valued reason is probably the simplest: I just find it satisfying to identify a need and then see myself successfully meet it—when I find worth in something, I'm happy to contribute to it.”
