In the Chief of Staff role, Heather partners with leadership to keep the firm running smoothly and support key priorities. Among other responsibilities, we rely on Heather to streamline and improve day-to-day processes, support staff development and culture, organize and track leadership initiatives, and turn ideas into practical solutions that benefit the whole team. Heather graduated from Case Western University, where she studied Chemical Engineering and Environmental Studies.
