In the Project Leader role, Emily helps lead client engagements from initial scoping and data collection through final analysis and presentation, and she contributes to the development of junior staff. She also supports Sterling's research operations through a range of internal / operational responsibilities. Emily graduated from Case Western Reserve University, where she studied Political Science + Marketing.
What do you like most about working for Sterling?
“My favorite part about working for Sterling is how collaborative the environment is. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help out and answer any questions—I've never felt like I was struggling with a task and didn't have anyone to turn to for help. Associates also work directly with more senior staff and have direct access / communication with them at all times. Sterling is a great place to learn and grow and feel comfortable while doing so.”
