In the Associate role, Emily contributes across a wide range of project functions. Among other responsibilities, we rely on Emily to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients. Emily graduated from Case Western Reserve University, where she studied Political Science + Marketing.
What do you like most about working for Sterling?
“My favorite part about working for Sterling is how collaborative the environment is. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help out and answer any questions—I've never felt like I was struggling with a task and didn't have anyone to turn to for help. Associates also work directly with more senior staff and have direct access / communication with them at all times. Sterling is a great place to learn and grow and feel comfortable while doing so.”
