In the Associate role, Delphine contributes across a wide range of project functions. Among other responsibilities, we rely on Delphine to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients. Delphine graduated from Case Western Reserve University, where she studied Biology and International Studies.
What's your favorite part of your job?
“My favorite part about working at Sterling is that I'm continually learning something new every day, whether it's about a new industry, a new way to use Excel, or something new about my coworkers! It's been amazing to watch in real time as I grow and sharpen my skills in many different areas, and how I can continue to bring more value to the Sterling team.”
