Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, Delphine contributes across a wide range of project functions. We rely on Delphine to communicate with clients, manage participant outreach campaigns, drive insight through analysis / synthesis, build reports, and help communicate findings to clients—in addition to taking ownership of specific portions of a given engagement. Delphine graduated from Case Western Reserve University, where she studied Biology and International Studies.
What's your favorite part of your job?
“My favorite part about working at Sterling is that I'm continually learning something new every day, whether it's about a new industry, a new way to use Excel, or something new about my coworkers! It's been amazing to watch in real time as I grow and sharpen my skills in many different areas, and how I can continue to bring more value to the Sterling team.”
