In the Project Leader role, Connor helps lead client engagements from initial scoping and data collection through final analysis and presentation, and he contributes to the development of junior staff. He also supports Sterling's research operations through a range of internal / operational responsibilities. Connor joined Sterling in 2018 after graduating from Georgetown with a degree in Finance.
What do you like most about working for Sterling?
“I enjoy the wide variety of industries and companies that we learn about. There are many topics that I would have never thought a day in my life about were it not for this job. Each engagement brings different elements or flavors, which means the work never gets stale.”
