We support our clients by helping them identify, prioritize, and answer key questions—questions that underpin their most important business decisions, including strategy development, potential investments, salesforce effectiveness, new market entry, and other initiatives. We design and execute research projects to test client hypotheses and guide decision-making. Projects are tailored to address the unique issues and questions each case presents.

In 2022, Sterling moved to the East Bank of the Flats neighborhood on the Cuyahoga River.
Our new space aligns with our values. It has collaborative spaces, art and architectural elements to inspire creativity, and access to the outdoors. It’s an easy walk or bike ride for the many team members who choose to live downtown (which means more cars off the road). And we have some of the best views of the city!

Cleveland’s University Circle is home to world-class cultural institutions. In 2021, the district was voted the Best Arts District in the country by USA TODAY. Sterling provides Associates memberships to enjoy these cultural institutions as a benefit.

The Cleveland Symphony Orchestra is universally regarded as one of the best outfits in the world. They perform in Cleveland’s awesome Severance Hall. In addition to traditional programs, the orchestra also presents movie soundtracks.

Cleveland Botanical Garden features outdoor and indoor gardens with native, rare, and exotic collections, plus specially curated specimens planted in themed glasshouses.
Waterfront – Lake Erie
Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River support a variety of watersports (sailing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, etc.). And the “North Coast” boasts multiple large beaches—Edgewater Park, featured here, is a 5-minute drive from the office and easy to get to on foot, bike, or scooter.
Renowned Parks System
Northeast Ohio offers 23,000 acres of parks and nature preserves, including the Cleveland Metroparks and its “Emerald Necklace” and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. These pristine parks can be hiked, biked, and otherwise enjoyed.
Premium Live Music Scene
Cleveland is the rock’n’roll capital of the world! The city has a wide range of excellent concert venues that accommodates acts of all size and genres. Nearly everyone you’d want to see—from big arena acts to budding indie bands—include Cleveland in their tour list. Pictured here is the Jacobs Pavilion, a unique riverside venue that sits directly acroess the river from our offices.
Pro sports
Cleveland is home to three professional sports teams and a (very) passionate fan base! Cleveland’s teams are regular playoff contenders, and tickets are accessible. Sterling’s sports fans often team up to take in games throughout the clubs’ seasons.
