Kristen Ahlquist

In the Director role, Kristen is responsible for leading client engagements, from initial scoping through final analysis and presentation, as well as supporting the development of junior staff. She also serves as Sterling's Head of Recruiting. During her time as Head of Recruiting, Kristen has guided a rapid and successful expansion of Sterling's Associate cohort. Kristen joined Sterling in 2015 after graduating with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in English Literature and Mathematics.
